Jukeboxes
It takes a lot of time to assemble them and each steepletone jukebox is assembled slowly. Only about 12 of them can be produced each day. Here is how a jukebox is put together and how it takes its final form
1. First the manufactures chooses whether he wants to make the juke from wood or steel and cures the material he chooses. This is then in a cabinet sort of a shape. Once the cabinet is ready, it is coated and left to dry.
2. The metal is then cut.
3. All the graphical interfaces are now instilled into the cabinet.
4. Now is the turn for the electronic pars. These are screwed and the door to the cabinet is closed. During this time the main parts such as the compact disk storage and the changer are installed.
5. It is then tested to see if every part has been put properly together to make the perfect 1950′s jukeboxes.
